When the barn housing 11 horses in Boyd Martin’s program burned to the ground on May 31, not only did six horses die, but Martin also lost a third of his business.
Thousands of dollars worth of equipment and tack were lost in the fire. Residents of the apartment over the barn (Caitlin Silliman, Ryan Wood and Lillian Heard) also need to replace their belongings.
