Courtney Dye continues to show gradual improvement after the serious fall that left her in a coma for several weeks.

“Courtney is now able to eat real food (yum) and spent much of the weekend at the hotel with her family—movies and cards,” wrote Lendon Gray, Dye’s long-time trainer. “Does she ever have an appetite after a couple of months of yuck through a stomach tube!
