Adelinde Cornelissen has been waiting patiently to take the spotlight, and after the Grand Prix at the Reem Acra FEI World Cup Final she’s well on her way to basking in its glow.

Cornelissen and her Jerich Parzival has been putting in exciting performances for two years but have run into bad luck. U.S. Equestrian Federation officials have listed the three U.S. dressage riders who will head to Leipzig, Germany, for the Reem Acra FEI World Cup Dressage Final on April 27-May 1.

Two combinations from the North American League will represent the United States and one from the Western European League. The horse-and-rider combinations include:

With her eighth-placed finish in the final qualifying competition of the 2010/2011 Reem Acra FEI World Cup Dressage Western European League at 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, U.S. rider Catherine Haddad celebrated her birthday and secured a trip to the Final with Winyamaro.

The pair scored 74.10 percent to lead at the halfway mark in the freestyle, but they ended up eighth in 's-Hertogenbosch with another impressive effort in the toughest World Cup Qualifying League.

The FEI Bureau has awarded the 2012 Reem Acra FEI World Cup Dressage Final to ‘s-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands). This event, which will be held in conjunction with the Rolex FEI World Cup Jumping Final, will take place from April 18-22.
