Spend a day watching cross-country at any event and you'll often see top pros walking their courses with their canine companions in tow (or doing the towing!). We had so much fun learning the stories of some special dogs at The Fork last month that we decided to find a few more at the Jersey Fresh International.
Morgan Rowsell may have come into the eventing world through a long and varied path, but these days he’s found his niche as a popular course builder and designer. As a New Jersey resident, the Jersey Fresh International Three-Day Event holds a special place in Rowsell’s heart and he’s worked in support of the event since it’s inception 13 years ago, in addition to being its cross-country course builder alongside course designer John Williams.

The Jersey Fresh International Organizing Committee is pleased to announce that B.W. Furlong & Associates Equine Veterinarians, P.A., will be the Presenting Sponsor of this year’s Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) level competition, encompassing CCI Three- and Two-Star divisions, and CIC Three- and Two-Star divisions.

“B.W. Furlong & Associates has been with us from day one,” said Dan Wunderlich, Chair of the JFI Organizing Committee, “and this latest show of support solidifies our ongoing efforts to improve and expand the JFI experience for all.”

Buck Davidson is known for his signature socks in his cross-country colors of red and yellow that he wears at every horse inspection. But earlier in the week, Davidson thought his luck had run out when he misplaced them in his camper at Jersey Fresh.
Every horse presented in the final horse inspection passed this morning at Jersey Fresh.
